For this project, our team was commissioned to design, manufacture and install a new aggregate bin to fit into an existing building. The main challenge was the need to design a bolted structure, allowing for simple assembly and installation within the existing infrastructure.
Optimized design using 3D modeling and finite element analysis
To ensure a robust and suitable design, a complete modelling of the dump body was carried out. A finite element analysis allowed to optimise the dimensions and structure, thus guaranteeing an economical and efficient manufacturing, while meeting the requirements of durability and safety.
3D modeling of all components also played a key role in planning the installation. Thanks to this step, each part was designed to fit together perfectly, reducing the risk of complications on site and minimizing installation times.
Provision of additional equipment
In addition to the bin, we supplied belt conveyors that were perfectly integrated into the system, as well as all the necessary control instruments for precise dosing of the material. This equipment was selected and configured to ensure maximum operational efficiency and optimal management of the aggregates.
Seamless installation
During the installation phase, integration went smoothly, in accordance with the initial planning. Our teams supervised each step to ensure assembly compliant with quality and safety standards, while respecting the specific constraints of the site.
