Screening and washing plant projects for quarries Steve Cousineau

Project details

Value: 3,300,000$

In this project, our mission was to support the client at every stage, from feasibility analysis to operations management. We started by identifying their specific needs in order to offer them tailored solutions, aimed at making them a leader in their market.

After several meetings, major challenges emerged. The main one was to design a plant that could dry screen for part of the year and operate as a washing plant the rest of the time. Given the labor shortage, it was essential to develop a solution that required few personnel to operate efficiently.

Design phase

Our team designed a plant that was both productive and versatile. In close collaboration with the engineering team, we developed a robust, efficient and safe facility. We selected the best equipment available on the market to maximize performance. Every parameter, from installed power to control systems, was adjusted to meet the customer's requirements.

Manufacturing phase

Manufacturing in-house also presented several challenges. To meet high expectations, we worked closely with engineering to ensure that the plant was not only efficient, but also simple, safe and mobile. We opted for a modular design, combining robustness and flexibility.

Installation phase

In the final phase, our teams ensured that assembly and commissioning met our quality standards and defined efficiency expectations. A project manager supervised each step on site to ensure optimal installation.

Continuous commitment

Our team always remains available to support our clients in improving their performance by offering integrated solutions, adapted to their challenges, and designed to help them excel in their field.
